To protect your silver jewelry from scratches or changing colour, please keep in a jewelry box. Silver jewelry must be stored in a ziplock bag to prevent the silver from discoloration. This discoloration is caused by a film of emulsified silver on the surface as a result of a simple chemical reaction with sulfur gas in the air. If the silver product is discolored, gently rub it with the cloth provided.Please do not use liquid silver cleaner on EKRJ silver jewelry products because the liquid silver cleaner will wash away the oxidized finish.
Please remove jewelry when sleeping, before entering water, entering the swimming pool, entering the sea, or performing strenuous exercise. Be careful not to damage the jewelry by hitting or dropping it, or to injure your body on the slightly pointed side of the jewelry design.
Your silver jewelry is a permanent piece of jewelry that will last a lifetime if you take good care of it.

Please carefully check the size and weight of the product before placing your order.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please inform us within 3 days of receiving the item.
Exchanges are limited to one occurrence, and when processing a refund, shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount paid.
All items must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. In the case of a return or exchange, shipping costs and insurance will be the responsibility of the buyer. The item must be returned to us within a maximum of 14 days.
